We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to join an established organization. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and creating a positive first impression.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization
Assist with administrative tasks, such as sorting mail and coordinating appointments
Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to assist a diverse clientele
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Professional appearance and demeanor
