Our client is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. They have a beautiful office located in Downtown Houston and are looking to add an Admin Assistant to their Supply Chain team!
Responsibilities:
Provides administrative support to the Supply Chain Department (SCM).
Word processing
Reviewing/creating presentations
Reporting in excel
Filing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors
Scheduling
Financial record keeping
Coordinating meetings and conferences
Obtaining supplies
Sorting/distributing mail
May work on special projects
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
Knowledgeable with MS Office required - Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
