Job Description:

Our client is one of the largest publicly traded partnerships and a leading North American provider of midstream energy services to producers and consumers of natural gas, natural gas liquids (NGLs), crude oil, refined products and petrochemicals. They have a beautiful office located in Downtown Houston and are looking to add an Admin Assistant to their Supply Chain team!

Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to the Supply Chain Department (SCM).
  • Word processing
  • Reviewing/creating presentations
  • Reporting in excel
  • Filing, answering phones, receiving and directing visitors
  • Scheduling
  • Financial record keeping
  • Coordinating meetings and conferences
  • Obtaining supplies
  • Sorting/distributing mail
  • May work on special projects

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
  • Knowledgeable with MS Office required - Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
