The ideal candidate will handle calls, coordinate tasks, log and track issues, delegate responsibilities, resolve inquiries, and participate in testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle 20-30 calls and 20-30 emails per day, providing exceptional customer service.
Navigate multiple database systems quickly to investigate and resolve inquiries.
Maintain accurate records and data management systems.
Improve and implement policies and procedures for better support operations.
Coordinate, log, track, and delegate tasks efficiently.
Resolve issues promptly and participate in testing processes.
Required Skills and Experience:
Fluent in French (writing, reading, speaking).
2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Hospitality.
Proficient in using PC and Microsoft Suite.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
Professional demeanor with excellent time management and patience.
