Our client is looking for a Director of PMO to help establish a centralized PMO for them, as well as lead a new buildout of a SaaS platform
This is a perm role that must be done hybrid in the Naperville/Bolinbrook area
Responsibilities:
Builds and manages the enterprise project/program management office/function for the company
Manage programs with multiple projects and bring a structured approach to portfolio project management
Defines and develops enterprise-wide project/program management practices, governance standards, processes and metrics and actively drives programs and projects to completion
Assists CIO and leadership in technology & business planning, budget preparation & roadmap execution
Qualifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification highly desired
Minimum 5 -10 years in portfolio, program and project management required
Must have 5+ years' experience managing technical development projects and teams
