They will work one of these shifts for 8 weeks, then switch to the other:
Monday to Thursday 7:30 am to 6 pm
Wednesday to Saturday 7:30 am to 6 pm
Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling, answering calls, and processing job work orders. Performs additional tasks as assigned by management.
Essential Duties:
Coordinate and schedule technicians for various jobs.
Dispatch and track work orders.
Process billing and ensure proper charges to work orders.
Handle customer inquiries and follow-up.
Assist with administrative tasks like credit card processing and accounts receivable.
Maintain and manage service programs.
Confirm and manage customer service calls.
Qualifications: Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills. Must be detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks, and work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
