Retail Construction Company located in the Grand Prairie area is seeking an Executive Office Admin/Office Manager.
This is a full time in office opportunity.
Temp to hire/Direct Hire
Salary: $65k - 70k
Training documentation (there are multiple bullet points related to documentation)
Responsible for all company event planning (Christmas party, company picnic, teambuilding activities, etc.)
Must have Teams experience - will be working primarily in this. Knowledgeable in Powerpoint and Excel. Procore a bonus. Note: Procore is a construction software program.
Website and marketing posts
Work on researching more of the Procore tools and rolling them out to staff.
Get departments organized with all onboarding and reference materials either in Teams or in Procore.
Posting job ads. Setting up interviews. Onboarding new hires.
New office walls, dealing with where people sit.
Technologies. Working with IT on laptop issues, server related issues, setting up new employees, tracking all equipment.
