Job Description:

Customer Support - MUST RESIDE IN THE RICHMOND, VA AREA - NO CTC AND NO THIRD PARTY

Richmond, VA - 6-month contract - $21-22.50/hr W2

Schedule: Must work 2-3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday of Thursday) - alternate days from home

NOTE: We are open to customer support candidates who have assisted in call escalation - technical experience is not required, they will train

Candidate experience required:
  • At least 6 months previous experience in a support or customer service role to include call/account escalation
  • Proficiency with Slack and shared inbox tools (e.g., Gmail, G-Suite)
  • Familiarity with Slack, ticketing systems or email support platforms
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
  • Strong written communication skills with a customer-first approach
  • PREFERRED - Docebo LMS experience a plus or any other learning management system

Day to Day;
  • Addressing internal user concern's via shared inbox and Slack channel
  • Responsible for fielding learner questions, providing timely and accurate responses, identifying trends in queries, and escalating issues as needed.
