Job Description:

Candidate experience required:
- At least 6 months previous experience in a support or customer service role to include call/account escalation
- Proficiency with Slack and shared inbox tools (e.g., Gmail, G-Suite)
- Familiarity with Slack, ticketing systems or email support platforms
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently
- Strong written communication skills with a customer-first approach
- PREFERRED - Docebo LMS experience a plus or any other learning management system
Day to Day;
- Addressing internal user concern's via shared inbox and Slack channel
- Responsible for fielding learner questions, providing timely and accurate responses, identifying trends in queries, and escalating issues as needed.
