Responsibilities
Heavy e-filing in DE court
Scheduling and calendaring
Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents
Any other duties required of the role
Requirements
4+ years of legal assistance experience in the area of commercial litigation, business litigation, complex civil litigation matters
