This role involves overseeing all aspects of drywall projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope of work, timelines, and resource requirements.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage project budgets.
Monitor costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Scheduling:
Create and maintain project schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Quality Control:
Establish and enforce quality standards for drywall installation.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen challenges.
Client Communication:
Maintain open and effective communication with clients.
Address client concerns and provide timely updates on project progress.
Team Management:
Lead and motivate project teams, including drywall installers and subcontractors.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide necessary training.
Safety Compliance:
Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures on the job site.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in drywall project management.
