Job Description:
The Accreditation Operations Specialist will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and financial support to the organization's leadership. This role is vital in managing key accreditation processes and ensuring all operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Audit & Finance Committees: Prepare materials for finance and audit meetings, take minutes, and follow up on tasks.
Manage Financial Operations: Process expense reports, handle reimbursements, track financial records, and assist with invoicing and budgeting.
Database Management: Maintain and update accreditation program databases, compile survey data, and generate reports for stakeholders.
Communication: Handle internal and external communications professionally, maintain office manuals, and assist with general administrative duties.
Confidentiality: Ensure the privacy of all accreditation and business-related information.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years in an administrative role within a non-profit environment
