Job Description:

A leading global investment banking company is seeking a junior Administrative Assistant on a temporary basis to support a team at their Houston, Texas office!

*This is a fully on- site, 5 days/ week role with a duration of 6 months & the potential for extension.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to a team of 25 + individuals
  • Coordinate/ schedule meetings across a variety of time zones
  • Calendar management for multiple individuals
  • Arrange travel itineraries for team, including flights & car bookings
  • Handle a high volume of emails & phone calls
  • Conduct expense reports

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Zero to one years of experience
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills & time management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
