Key Responsibilities:Companionship: Provide friendly and supportive companionship to clients, engaging in conversation and activities.Personal Care Assistance: Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.Mobility Support: Help clients with mobility, including transfers, walking, and exercising.Medication Reminders: Ensure clients take their medications on time and as prescribed.Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals according to clients' dietary needs and preferences.Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing.Errands and Transportation: Assist clients with errands, shopping, and transportation to appointments.Safety Monitoring: Monitor clients' safety and well-being, reporting any concerns to the appropriate personnel.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of care provided, including activities, observations, and any changes in clients' conditions.Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and the homecare team to ensure coordinated care.Requirements:Experience: Previous experience in a caregiving role preferred, but not required.
