<p><span style="font-size:12px;"><span style="font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;">As the Director of Talent Acquisition, you'll lead our Early Careers and Internal Mobility teams. You'll innovate on the Early Careers strategy to pipeline talent for Best Buy, and advance the team's strategy around internal mobility to provide a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring leaders. To do this, you will have a deep understanding of the external landscape and successfully collaborate across the team and business partners to inspire and influence. <br> <br>This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team.
