The Digital Program Coordinator - Sports Licensing will be a key member of the eCommerce team, focusing on our sports-licensed product offerings. Our digital platform, YETI.com, is more than just a shopping experience; it embodies the pinnacle expression of our brand. You will be instrumental in executing a strategy that unites product, content, and commerce to engage consumers and drive high-converting shopping experiences for our sports-licensed products.


Position Type: Hybrid


Responsibilities:


- Plan and execute the commercial calendar for all sports-licensed offerings, ensuring timely and impactful product launches and promotions.


- Drive cross-functional alignment on go-to-market (GTM) strategy for sports-licensed products, coordinating with marketing, sales, and product teams.


- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for sports-licensed product initiatives.


- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to secure marketing assets, site content, forecasting, user acceptance testing (UAT), digital product optimizations, retail pricing, and operational efficiencies.


- Implement and quality assure back-end development in Salesforce Commerce Cloud for sports-licensed products.


- Identify key opportunities for driving awareness and sales of sports-licensed products by leveraging your passion for sports and market insights.


Qualifications and Attributes:


- At least 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.


- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience, Business concentrations preferred.


- Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and its 'business manager' functions preferred.


- Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on retail math and proficient in Excel.


- Exceptional collaborator; ability to develop and manage relationships with cross-functional team members, from peers to senior leadership, to drive the promotion process.


- Concise and organized communication skills, both written and verbal/in presentation.


- Analytical and strategic thinker; ability to use strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to create new strategies, build business cases, and win stakeholder buy-in.


- Embracer of change and scale; able to handle the challenge of increasing eCommerce revenue.


- Highly motivated, curious to learn, detail-oriented, and love solving problems.


- Comfortable both leading and following, trust your instincts, and open to doing things differently.


- Passionate about sports, using your enthusiasm to identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance awareness and sales of sports-licensed products.


- YETI offers a hybrid work environment, but this role must be based in Austin, TX and in-office Tu/Wed/Thu weekly.
