Job Description:

Ledgent is partnering with several organizations in the Portland area looking for their next AP clerk to join their team. The pay ranges from $25-$28/hour with benefits through Ledgent on day one!


Job Duties:

• Review invoice scans and enter data into accounting system with accuracy


• Complete batch imports for AP entries


• Timely research and reconciliation of vendor discrepancies


• Communicate with internal and external partners for missing invoices


• Provide top-notch customer service to customers


• Create route operational and ad hoc reports as needed

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of accounting experience


• Excellent time management and organizational skills


• A team player who is comfortable working in a collaborative environment


• High attention to detail and accuracy


• Accounting degree or equivalent preferred
