As part of the Chief Marketing Organization the Sr. Associate, Paid Search will be part of the Performance Marketing team. This individual will play a critical role in driving the successful execution of Pfizer's search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns. The role is designed for individuals who have already mastered the basic principles of paid search and are ready for increased responsibility when it comes to campaign creation and performance. The Sr. Associate will be part of our newly created In-House team, which leads paid search from strategy to implementation. The ideal candidate will act as the day-to-day steward of activation activities with a proven track record in hands-on management and optimization.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $78,000.00 to $130,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 10.0% of the base salary.
