Endoscopy Center of West Monroe, an outpatient ASC is seeking an RN, Monday thru Friday, 6 AM to 3 PM.  West Monroe/Monroe locations performing GI (Gastrointestinal) endoscopic procedures.  Great work environment and excellent benefits.  Excellent opportunity to join a technologically advanced group who is growing.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensures that quality patient care is provided.
• Responsible for planning, directing and assisting in overall patient care including directing, supervising, and assisting personnel in providing patient care.
• Supports facility policies and procedures.
• Assesses patient needs and plans for total nursing care of each patient.

• Administers direct care to patients requiring specific skills and is available to meet the need of all patients and physicians.
• Possesses knowledge of the physiology, pathology and psychology relevant to the patient’s health status.
• Monitors patient’s condition.  Any unusual conditions or changes are reported to the Director of Nurses promptly.
