Entry level and lateral transfer applicants welcome to apply for the Medina Police department as a Police/911 Dispatcher. $51,397-$62,462/ annual salary ($24.71-$30.03/hourly). Benefits include uniform allowance, hospitalization or opt-out stipend, sick leave, paid holidays and vacation. Dispatches 911 emergency/non-emergency medical, police and fire personnel to scene; performs Clerk of Court duties; operate a multi-channel radio; maintain logs & police records; process warrants & related required documentation. Must be able to multi-task, maintain composure under stress; have clear and concise speech along with map reading skills. Be willing to acquire and maintain certifications as required for this position.
