About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Compliance Specialist to be a part of the Compliance Learning Program team. This candidate will be responsible for managing the compliance training and education related activities to include timely completion of training, training related communications, compliance training plan management and other program governance responsibilities. In this role, you will:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor strategy and action plan to support the Compliance Learning Program.
  • Establish, implement and maintain risk standards and programs to drive compliance with federal, state, agency, legal and regulatory and Corporate Policy requirements
  • Partner with key stakeholders and communicate program requirements.
  • Manage training related controls to ensure timely execution and evidence of delivery.
  • Serve as the liaison with Supply Chain and Compliance business support to review continuing education budget for third party services. Collaborate and drive accountability with diverse support functions demonstrating ability to lead outcomes with stakeholders and navigate through large organizations.
  • Monitor education activities to ensure activities fall in scope with the parameters of the requirement.
  • Develop and deliver learning related reporting.
  • Collaborate and consult with Technology to enhance and/or resolve issues related to the compliance leaning related tools.
Required Qualifications, US:
  • 4+ years of Compliance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of project or program management, strategy consulting, or business operations experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office tools, to include Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
  • Experience managing learning solutions with technology to optimize performance outcomes.
  • Experience creating effective performance support tools and job aids.
  • Ability to consult and influence to consensus.
  • Strong judgement and decision making
  • Proficient communicator with the ability to transform complex topics/processes to simple language for understanding.
  • Experience working independently and demonstrated self-leadership.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex, matrixed environment.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and consistently meet or exceed deadlines.
