A contemporary, luxury property in the Naples, FL area is looking to add a sophisticated General Manager. This full-service property is considered a one-of-a-kind and part of a highly successful collection of hotels and resorts.
Compensation: $215-225,000 base Salary, 30-35% bonus program, comprehensive health benefits, 401k, PTO, and much more!
Position Requirements:
5+ years of luxury resort/hotel GM experience
4+ star property experience
Non-branded hotel experience
Ability to commute or relocate to Naples
Polished and professional demeanor
Strong job tenure and a proven history of success
General Manager Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of operations at the resort as well as day-to-day staff, management, and guests
Be an ambassador for the hotel
Provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of service culture, maximized operations, and guest satisfaction
Ensure that monthly financial outlooks for Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa, and Admin are on target and accurate
