 This position is located on-site out of our Nashville Corporate Office.


Hourly Range: $23.74 - $24.99 + up to 6% bonus eligibility (paid quarterly)

We are looking for a Warehouse Technician Specialist to support our Mobile Clinic Operations (MCO) team - to be responsible for shipping and receiving Clinic in a Box (CIB) sets and Information Technology (IT) Go Boxes as well as ordering and maintaining an inventory of needed supplies and equipment.

In this rewarding role, you will:



  • Provide logistical support to the MCO team

  • Be responsible for coordination of shipping and receiving complete CIB sets and IT Go Boxes to event sites including tracking and stocking of supplies as needed

  • Order and maintain all MCO supply inventories including completion of inventory sheets for CIBs before shipping, inventory returning CIBs and restocking and building CIBs as necessary

  • Perform operational checks on equipment to ensure functionality

  • Process claims with shippers on damaged/missing shipments promptly

  • Track and analyze missed shipments to ensure they do not occur again

  • Respond to customer inquiries and refer to appropriate personnel if unable to handle

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Have the ability to move containers with wheels up to 120 lbs

  • Have knowledge of electronic shipping (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.)

  • Have excellent customer service, organization, and follow-through skills

  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Have the ability to excel at details, multi-task, and work with a high sense of urgency

  • Have exceptional interpersonal skills and desire to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Be self-motivated

  • Have working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Have knowledge of office equipment (Fax, Printer, Copier, etc.)


You must have:



  • A High School diploma, or GED

  • 3 to 5 years of related shipping and receiving experience, Medical logistics experience preferred

  • The ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
