Store Manager Needed!

Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a Concrete Construction Supply Store Manager to head up our location in Olathe/Spring Hill, KS.  This person must have strong construction knowledge and sales experience.  A strong desire to succeed is required.  A person’s earning potential is directly related to their effort and success.  This person will help manage the store and continue to grow Carroll’s business in the Spring Hill/Olathe market.   Carroll is known as a fair, honest & team-oriented company that is employee-owned.  We have grown to over 35 locations spread across multiple states and looking for good people to join the team!

Additional Requirements to be Considered:

• Previous knowledge and experience in the building materials industry is a must


• Extremely motivated with leadership skills


• Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile is key


• Ability to lead and participate effectively as a team member.
