Duration: 5 months (will likely extend to 12 months)
Hours: 40/week
Location: Minnetonka (1-2 days/week in office)
Pay: $40/hr - $50/hr
Primary responsibilities:
Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
Implement and manage marketing projects focusing on building awareness and consumer engagement
Manage marketing communication projects to monitor/ensure proper implementation (e.g., role assignments, timelines/milestone, budget management, issue tracking, deliverables)
Obtain review of communications content by internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable requirements (e.g., Legal, Clinical, Product, Compliance)
Develop the necessary metrics to evaluate effectiveness of tactic and share learnings with peers and stakeholders
Manage marketing budget, delivering of all marketing activity within agreed budget
Work with internal marketing and creative services to meet program objectives
Required qualifications:
4-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising or related field
Experience in a customer or client service role
Marketing and project management experience
Experience with Microsoft Office products and Teams
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working with project management software (Workfront)
Motivated and pro-active, comfortable navigating a large and matrixed organization to
Agency experience a plus
Preference for experience in digital media, email marketing/online marketing
