Qualifications and Responsibilities • 5 or more years of experience in the construction industry • Ability to read construction drawings including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc. • Experience in both residential and commercial construction projects • Proven track record of keeping projects on schedule and under budget • Must have a background in estimating projects • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Must be able to work closely with and supervise Atlas field employees (superintendents & carpenters) • Responsible for handling monthly billing on your projects, process subcontractor and material invoices, process credit card and other job expenses as required for Accounting Department • Previous experience in custom home building preferred • PM must be proactive in all areas including schedule, billing, and all other decisions throughout the project
Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
