Calabria Group is currently seeking a short term Senior Product Manager who can provide coverage for two agile teams, currently working on Pharmacy requirements, includes management of three product managers who are implementing epics/stories and driving development.
Responsibilities:
May include work on short-term and long-term roadmaps for pharmacy digital features.
Own accountability and prioritization over execution and delivery of the digital product roadmap for the Pharmacy Reimagined project.
Collaborate with cross functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, in a fast paced, agile environment and be responsible for conception, design, development, delivery, maintenance, and evolution of the customer experience including translating business and user needs into product features.
Review, analyze, collect and take action on qualitative and quantitative findings from Customer Satisfaction Surveys, user testing and additional customer feedback loops including google analytics, performance monitoring etc.
Write and breakdown epics independently. Write and review detailed user stories and acceptance criteria covering multiple user-types.
Utilize product management tools to create, manage, and prioritize agile team backlog.
Mentor, understand, and drive User Experience (UX) research and design to craft high-quality, engaging user experiences.
Participate and engage in agile ceremonies; facilitate those required for product artifacts as they support product outcomes.
Demonstrate high-level understanding of technical concepts and architectural impact.
Partner with executive stakeholders to ensure delivery of the aligned product outcomes.
