Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our business architect team to lead and support our expanding portfolio of Supply Chain projects. Responsibilities include being a part of a highly matrixed, cross organizational team that establishes our Supply Chain Transformation roadmap and drives key supply chain programs across Global Operations. You will be responsible for helping to architect, develop and improve the Global Operations processes in a fast paced, innovative, and passionate organization that is empowered to build a state-of-the-art supply chain and take our operations to the next level. You will be managing significant programs and projects through all phases of the lifecycle, including interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in appropriate field of study with 7+ years of business architect, data management, or business intelligence development experience, in addition to 3-5 years of project/program management experience.
Ability to see the big picture and set priorities and roadmap aligned to a vision of where the company and supply chain needs to evolve and transform.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to speak and write about technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in an ambiguous fast paced environment.
Ability to motivate and focus a collaboration to reach challenging goals.
Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
Experience planning, estimating and executing with thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
Experience in supply chain and/or supply chain IT
Experience with Enterprise/ERP implementations.

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $91,500 to $144,050. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
