Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our business architect team to lead and support our expanding portfolio of Supply Chain projects. Responsibilities include being a part of a highly matrixed, cross organizational team that establishes our Supply Chain Transformation roadmap and drives key supply chain programs across Global Operations. You will be responsible for helping to architect, develop and improve the Global Operations processes in a fast paced, innovative, and passionate organization that is empowered to build a state-of-the-art supply chain and take our operations to the next level. You will be managing significant programs and projects through all phases of the lifecycle, including interdependencies and integration among multiple projects, teams, and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, problem solving and thought leadership skills with the ability to stay well organized and able to work under pressure. Key responsibilities include:
  • Sets direction for programs by determining and balancing the technical need vs business impact of project/program decisions and operates within the guardrails
  • Key interface with stakeholders and leadership internally.
  • Exercises judgment and discretion to develop solutions, remove obstacles and redefine approaches.
  • Oversees identification of tasks and research, dependencies, costs; communicates expectations to core team members.
  • Creates/tracks/adjusts the program schedule.
  • Assesses risks and identifies solutions to timely, efficient achievement of program goals.
  • Ensures that quality standards and budget constraints are met.
  • Ensures appropriate progress against schedule and takes remedial action as appropriate.
  • Prioritizes utilization of resources with other functions.
  • Influences business unit or cross-organizational strategies relevant to program goals.
  • Understands technical concepts, architecture, systems, development methods, and disciplines associated with the defined program
  • Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
  • Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Be an influential leader. Operate successfully in ambiguous environments with a high degree of ownership, customer obsession and bias for action while insisting on high standards of yourself and others.
  • Cultivate operational excellence within your teams. Insist that your teams provide timely resolution of identified production defects. Drive deep '5 Why's' analysis' and drive corrective actions when failures impact customers and quality.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree/Master's Degree in appropriate field of study with 7+ years of business architect, data management, or business intelligence development experience, in addition to 3-5 years of project/program management experience.
  • Ability to see the big picture and set priorities and roadmap aligned to a vision of where the company and supply chain needs to evolve and transform.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to speak and write about technical issues for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in an ambiguous fast paced environment.
  • Ability to motivate and focus a collaboration to reach challenging goals.
  • Interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a diverse, cross-functional team.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations.
  • Experience planning, estimating and executing with thorough understanding of project management fundamentals.
  • Experience in supply chain and/or supply chain IT
  • Experience with Enterprise/ERP implementations.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and meet goals, assess resource needs, develop schedules, monitor and communicate status, and develop processes and procedures.
  • Ability to take ambiguity and drive clarify for the organization.

Additional Information

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $91,500 to $144,050. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
