Event Coordination: Coordinate and execute in-office events, including logistics, communications, and setup/teardown.
Space Management: Assist with space planning, furniture moves, and facility maintenance.

Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in facilities management or guest services
Proficiency in Google Suite programs
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
Preferred Skills:
Experience in hi-tech or hospitality environments
Knowledge of commercial HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Handy skills and ability to perform minor adjustments
Familiarity with office health and safety standards
Proficiency in additional tools (Quip, Slack, Salesforce, ticketing systems)
