PositionSummary
The HRIS Analyst supports the UKG application including system maintenance, initiatives, project/system improvements, report creation, and training. The role is the point of contact for technical and day-to-day operations of the HRIS functions. This role requires a meticulous professional with a deep understanding of HR processes and HRIS capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HRIS projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations, integrations, and implementations
Manage and protect all HRIS data ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and GDPR
Collaborate with stakeholders in the creation or modification of HRIS processes
Partner with vendor representatives to maximize the HRIS adoption, efficiency, and scalability
Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users resolving system issues promptly
Eliminate system inefficiencies and simplify use for end users
Perform statistical analysis and export regular and ad hoc reports
Collaborate with stakeholders to create new processes, implement new functionality, or improve existing programs
Develop and deliver training programs for end users
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, configurations, and procedures.
Support the process of employee data entry/updates and assist team members as needed

Skills and Experience:
3-5 years experience as an HRIS Analyst
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Basic knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulations
Proficiency in UKG or a similar HR system is preferred
Education/Certifications:
Bachelor's Degree
HRIS certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
