Project Manager - OSHPD at HAYS in Sacramento, California

Job Description:

I am seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage healthcare construction projects in Southern California. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare facility construction, with a focus on compliance with OSHPD requirements and HCai guidelines.



Responsibilities:

Project Management ( Oversee the entire construction process, from pre-construction planning to project completion.)

Healthcare Expertise ( Un derstand and navigate OSHPD regulations related to healthcare facility construction / Familiarity with HCai processes and guidelines for health infrastructure projects.)

Pre-Construction ( Review project plans and specifications for compliance with OSHPD requirements / Incorporate pre-approved OSHPD details into construction documents.)

Construction Execution

Inspections and Documentation ( Work closely with OSHPD inspectors during the construction process / Follow the Testing, Inspections, & Observations) document provided by OSHPD)

In return, you will receive a basic salary up to $180,000 per annum + truck allowance + gas card + 401k + further benefits (medical, vision etc.).
