As a Member Support Team Lead, youll oversee a dedicated team that supports our members with their healthcare coverage, eligibility, and reimbursement inquiries.We provide industry-leading training, the latest tools, and abundant opportunities for growth. If guiding a team to put smiles on our members' faces excites you, this role is for you.Responsibilities:Lead a team of Member Support Representatives, ensuring they provide accurate and timely responses to high volumes of inbound inquiries from members, pharmacists, and physicians.Manage escalations and assist team members in resolving complex issues related to co-pay, formulary, eligibility, and prior authorizations.Ensure team adherence to all call documentation, tracking, and follow-up processes for quality assurance purposes.Perform periodic outbound calls as required to address unresolved issues or proactive member outreach.Collaborate with management to implement training, development, and improvement plans for team members.Monitor team performance and provide feedback to promote continuous growth and a positive work environment.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in a customer service environment.Ability to obtain a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.Proficiency in navigating multiple databases and toggling between systems.Preferred Qualifications:Background in Pharmacy or Pharmaceutical Technician training.Prior customer service experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Physical Requirements:Ability to sit or stand for 6 to 8 hours per day.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion.Visual acuity to read fine print and operate office equipment.Work Environment:Remote, telecommute role based in the U.S., with occasional overtime and weekend shifts as needed.Work in a climate-controlled, smoke-free environment.
