• Scan packing slips/receivers
• Scan invoices that we receive from the mail
• Light Accounts Payable
• Light filing
• Helping Admin Mgr (me)such as ordering office supplies, helping with customer meetings (lunch, conference room set up)
• It would be helpfully if the candidate has experience using NetSuite, Word, and Excel.
• Pleasant on the phone, as we still do receive phone calls at the main desk.
• Good email communications.
