Akkodis is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6 Months contract position with a client located in El Paso, TX. Ideally looking for applicants with a solid background or experience as a Customer Service Representative.
JOb Title : Customer Service Representative
Location : El Paso, TX
Duration : 6 Months
Pay Range - $20/hr on $23/hr on W2 (without benefits), the rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location and other factors
Required Skills:
2-4 years high volume (60+) call center background (within a financial industry preferred.
Customer service with de-escalation experience/background.
Banking or Financial domain experience would be a plus but not required.
