Remote Customer Service Representative - Chat Specialist

Pay Range: $16.50/hr
Contract Length: 3 month contract (with room for extension and conversion)
Worksite Location: 100% Remote (Available only in CO, TX, & AZ)
Schedule Availability Required: Requires open availability for any 40 hours shift between 6am-5pm Mon-Sun
Job Description:
The Customer Service Representative Chat Specialist provides premium service and builds relationships with our customers through effective telephone, chat, email and social media correspondence.
Majority of calls will be discussing logistics of packages, returns and refunds, product questions and warranty questions.
Will also be assisting customers with product information, assistance with website navigation, and general questions
Qualifications:
Customer Service - Candidate must have previous customer service experience in which they helped answer customer questions and resolve issues.
Written & Verbal Communication - All communication via inbound calls from customers, minor email communication and minor chat communication.
Microsoft Office - Will use basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook and Word. Must be comfortable navigating computer while on the phone with customer
(Internet must be hardwired and cannot rely on a cell network, or satellite)
Equipment: Fully provided - shipped to employee's residence
Background Check: 7 yearstandard background
