Overview: Our client, an information security solutions company located in Englewood, CO is seeking a temporary on-going Front Office Coordinator. This individual is responsible for being the main point of contact at the office handling administrative/office management duties. To be successful in this role a high level of organizational, communication, self-management (sometimes the only person in the office), This position reports directly to the COO (located out of state) and is 100% in-office.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid meal break)
Start: ASAP
Length: on-going, no estimated end date (potential foot-in-door)
Job Duties:
Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office activities, including scheduling, supply ordering, and facility maintenance
Office Supplies Management: Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment, and reorder as necessary
Facility Management: Oversee office cleanliness and organization and liaise with building management for maintenance issues
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls and emails
Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences
Requirements:
A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
2 + years' experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or in a similar administrative role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to anticipate needs
Ability to self-manage
Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
Experience with basic accounting and financial tasks is a strong plus
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Dress Code: Business casual, nice jeans are ok
