The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the store, leading a team, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Oversee sales activities to meet monthly sales goals
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Conduct interviews and performance evaluations
- Operate Heartland point of sale system
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales
- Manage inventory effectively
Experience
Required:
- Proven experience in team management and store operations
- Experience selling higher-end products
