What your future day will look like:
Lead, schedule and supervise production activities for 2nd shift
Execute manufacturing operations orders ensuring quality standards are maintained
Manage associates including attendance, training/development and performance reviews
Ensure production associates adhere to all safety/company procedures
Participate in continuous improvement projects/activities
Maintain accurate production records/reports

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
Degree in a related field is preferred (A.S. or B.S.)
3+ years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in the Chemicals Industry is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of processes in manufacturing
Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
