**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced **Glazing Project Manager** with a background in commercial projects. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of glazing projects of various sizes, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors, all while working remotely with the flexibility to manage your schedule.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage commercial glazing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Work closely with clients, architects, and general contractors to ensure clear communication and project expectations.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary to stay on target.
- Coordinate with internal teams for material procurement, installation schedules, and labor management.
- Monitor project performance and resolve issues or delays as they arise.
- Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and vendors, ensuring project needs are met.
- Ensure all safety regulations and quality standards are upheld on job sites.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Utilize project management software to track tasks, budgets, and timelines.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically in commercial glazing or similar construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $10k to $4M.
- Strong knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with flexible hours.
- Ability to adapt to changes and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
