Job Description:

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Consultant with extensive knowledge in NetSuite ERP implementation. The ideal candidate will serve as the key driver of our NetSuite ERP deployment, acting as the main link between the business and the ERP integration team. This role is vital in managing project timelines, budgets, and scope, ensuring that the ERP system is effectively aligned with the business's operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the NetSuite ERP implementation, ensuring the project remains within scope, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the ERP integrator, fostering clear and consistent communication.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, such as status updates, risk assessments, and progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Governance & Risk Management: Implement project controls to ensure high-quality deliverables. Identify and mitigate risks to keep the project on track.
  • Executive Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership, highlighting project milestones, risks, challenges, and potential opportunities.
  • Change Management: Support the business in adapting to organizational changes brought about by the new ERP system, ensuring a seamless transition.
  • Quality Assurance: Validate that the NetSuite ERP solution meets business requirements through thorough testing and assessment.

Key Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 7 years of project management experience with a strong focus on ERP implementations, particularly NetSuite.
  • ERP Knowledge: Demonstrated success in managing NetSuite ERP deployments, with a deep understanding of its modules and functionalities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate, guide, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
