Pay: $135,000 + Benefits +Earned Equity in the Company (2% per year up to 10% after 5 years)

Job Summary:
The VP of Produce will play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing our offerings built upon the Quickbase application. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, experience in the oil and gas industry, and a passion for leveraging low-code applications to solve complex business problems. The ideal candidate will combine those skills with an ability to interact with customers and run system implementations for new clients (and existing).
Key Responsibilities:
Development: Design, build, and maintain applications within the framework of our low code partner, Quickbase, ensuring they meet the needs of the business and adhere to best practices.
Oil & Gas Expertise: Apply industry knowledge to understand and address the specific challenges and opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, helping them to effectively utilize our applications.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Quickbase features and industry trends, recommending and implementing enhancements as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong understanding of its processes and challenges.
Proven experience in developing and managing applications within Quickbase or a similar low-code platform.
Proficiency in Quickbase or other low-code platforms.
Knowledge of relational database design and management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
