Our client, located in Nashville, TN is looking to add a direct-hire Dayforce HRIS Manager to their team.
The Dayforce HRIS Analyst will serve as a technical point of contact and SME ensuring operational effectiveness, data integrity and testing of system changes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organization within the Restaurant Holdings Industry.
Duties:
Take the lead on daily system maintenance and support in RGS HR Information Systems.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues by determining root cause, researching solutions, and implementing solutions.
Configure and customize HRIS modules to meet organizational needs
Coordinate and facilitate testing of new releases and upgrades
Support the implementation of the ongoing strategic direction for HRIS in the areas of reporting, metrics, and decision-supporting analytics.
Manage data imports, exports and interfaces with other systems.
Perform regular audits and clean-ups to maintain data integrity.
Create and update relevant user and administration documentation
Develop and deliver training to end users on HRIS functionalities and updates.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
Experience with Dayforce HR System, Equifax and Hirebridge is required
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, detect trends, draw conclusions, and formulate recommendations.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookups, etc.).
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Solid understanding of HR administration and project management.
