We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Analyst to support the growth and development of our retail business across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide actionable recommendations.
Lead end-to-end analytical projects, from requirements gathering to execution and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, content) to solve business challenges and track performance.
Use tools like SQL, Tableau, Excel, and others to generate reports and analyze data, identifying issues and driving root cause analysis.
Maintain deep business knowledge to support decision-making and contextualize data for stakeholders.
Deliver insights on customer behavior and needs to enhance the value proposition.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a data-centric field (e.g., Data Science, Business Intelligence, Statistics).
2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Consulting, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
Advanced SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of A/B testing, statistics, and data modeling.
Expertise in Excel and strong communication skills.
Experience with Python, cloud platforms, and interest in cutting-edge data science.
Familiarity with subscription-based or media content businesses is a plus.
