KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an HRIS Systems Analyst: techno-functional Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR / Total Rewards)
The Human Resources team has an excellent opportunity for a HRIS Systems Analyst, located in the Irvine, CA office*.
The Systems HRIS Analyst's primary focus is to design, develop, test, implement and administer the human resource information systems (HRIS) systems, with a primary focus on Oracle Cloud HCM. This position serves as a technical point of contact and oversees user acceptance testing of system changes, analyzing process flows for process improvement opportunities and optimizing HR systems. This person will collaborate with the HR functional team to define requirements and lead the system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Oracle HCM modules.
The HRIS Systems Analyst also participates in HRIS upgrades, patches, fixes, testing and other technical projects as assigned. This position will be responsible for providing level 2 support to Associates across technical matters related to HRIS. They will develop user training materials and maintain documentation for their work.
*This role is based full time in office
General Responsibilities
Perform system maintenance and application upgrades, including keeping up with Oracle's periodic updates, assisting in the review, testing and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM system (Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Talent Management, HR Help Desk, HCM Analytics). Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application upgrade/fix. Maintain HRIS system tables. Document process and results. Configure, develop and independently manage Oracle Cloud HCM modules.
Collaborate with HR functional experts and other departments to understand functional needs and define requirements.
Provides production support, including researching and resolving technical and functional issues, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
Optimize HRIS processes by integrating the software/systems to build a highly integrated and automated set of processes.
Perform audits on HR processes, documents and data. Take action that is consistent with available facts, constraints and consequences.
Maintain specialization in the specific areas of responsibilities through constant learning the new technologies and best industry practices.
Maintains awareness of technological advancements and current trends in HRIS. Continuously increase both HR and HRIS application/tools knowledge.
Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, to be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation.
Conduct training; Develop user procedures, guidelines, and training.
Create and maintain master structural data in the system (i.e., Dept./Org tree, Job code, location etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent preferred.
Experience with a Project Management Tool or certifications as HRIS analyst preferred
3-7 years of proven work experience as HRIS analyst or similar role
2-5 years of techno-functional experience Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM that includes:
Core HR
Total Rewards (Benefits, Compensation, etc)
OGL is a big plus
Talent Management is a big plus
Help Desk is a plus
Absence is a plus

Ability to gather/document requirements for the configuration/customization of the platform

Full-time position, Exempt
Onsite, in office hours in Irvine, CA: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Department needs will call for occasional overtime

Salary Pay Range $106,000 - $133,000 (plus bonus if hired at a level III)
