Responsibilities and Qualifications • 5 or more years of experience in the construction industry • Ability to read construction drawings including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc. • Experience in both residential and commercial construction projects • Proven track record of keeping projects on schedule and under budget • Ability to manage subcontractors and resolve issues in the field with input from Project Managers • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Must be able to work closely with Project Managers and communicate on a daily basis • Previous experience in custom home building preferred • Ability to take a proactive approach by looking ahead and preparing sub-contractors to meet their schedule • Experience in carpentry and ability to be hands on a plus
