Insight Global is looking for a Customer Support Representative to work for a top semiconductor manufacturing company, within their Factory Service department. This person will be helping the service group by answering questions customers have for factory service, creating RMAs (Return Material Authorizations), and helping provide quotes for factory service. It will be a mix of both phone and email support, and looking for someone organized and self sufficient. This will be an onsite position starting out with two weeks of training and will be regular hours. Pay can range between $32-38/hour depending on experience and background.

Required Skills & Experience
- 4+ years of experience providing factory service support to Semiconductor, Industrial, or Medical distributors or manufacturers
- Experience creating RMAs in SAP (Return Material Authorizations)
