Responsibilities & Requirements of the Line Supervisor:
Lead and supervise a team of 10-15 production employees on a liquid manufacturing line, ensuring smooth daily operations.
Provide coaching and mentorship to staff, constructively addressing performance.
Oversee production processes, ensuring quality control and compliance with safety standards.
5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a preference for food-grade or consumable product environments.
Make hire/fire recommendations and collaborate on training, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to work in a bilingual environment (English/Spanish) is a plus.
Experience in a start-up or evolving company culture, with the ability to ramp up quickly in a fast-paced setting.
Compliance knowledge or certifications are a strong advantage.
