Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager at Joe's Pasta House. The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing food quality, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities also include budget management, inventory control, and collaborating with the culinary team to uphold the restaurant's high standards of quality and hospitality.
Qualifications
Must have min of 2 years experience as a General Manager in Food industry
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Experience in restaurant management, hospitality, or related field
Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and inventory management
Customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
