Tandym Group has an immediate opportunity for an Epic Cash Management Consultant with a client in Texas.
This resource will partner with the client operations team to ensure that front-line associates are using the Epic Cash Management Module correctly, workflows are accurate, and issues are triaged and addressed quickly to keep cash moving.
Must Have Skills
Deep experience with Epic HB Claims and Remittance workflows.
Experience with Epic Cash Management Module
Implementation, Support, Design, Configuration.
Ability to translate technical details/workflows to operational resources in an easy-to-understand fashion.
Ability to engage with client Epic team to consult on needed build changes and adjustments.
Familiarity with 837 and 835 processes and addressing cash-related inquiries.
Experience with Epic Reporting
Perform data analysis in Epic to uncover issues, and then work to resolution.
Ability to collaborate within a large project team in a fast moving, ever-changing environment.
Nice to Have Skills
Epic HB Certification
Experience in a hospital/clinic Revenue Cycle operational environment
Experience with Epic WQ management and configuration
