2+ years of experience with UX Design at the Enterprise design level
1+ year of enterprise level mobile design experience
Strong documentation with full UX design process; user research, usability testing, flow charts, journey mapping, prototypes, wireframing, mockups, sketches, product briefings, product launch
Experience communicating with stakeholders and using design strategy principles to make design decisions
Strong hands on experience with Figma
Comfortable in an Agile environment
Portfolio with case studies that show the full end to end design process
Job Description
Candidates will be joining a Home Application team that supports different portfolios within the customer facing application. The three areas of focus will be end to end product design for application and product features, innovation and AI work, and Figma work with an emphasis on building patterns and designing new components for the design system. This is a consumer facing application, so candidates should understand the user and have experience designing applications that connect with a physical product consumers use.
On a day to day basis, candidates will spend about 50% of their time designing, 25% of their time creating decks and working with stakeholders, and another 25% of their time concepting and innovating for future features. In this role candidates will work with a Principal Designer and be aligned to a track of work to help own the end to end design process.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
