The Role
As the Subcontracts Lead, the successful candidate will spearhead major subcontract activities, ensuring seamless integration within program scopes. Responsibilities include:
Developing and executing acquisition strategies and sourcing plans.
Leading solicitations, negotiations, and awards.
Managing cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Collaborating with engineering teams for technical management and risk mitigation.
Supporting business development with proposals and strategic negotiations.
Handling change management, property management, and invoice processing.
Qualifications

7+ years of related experience.
Expertise in supply chain management, subcontracts, contracts, and compliance.
Advanced knowledge of contract types, FAR/DFAR requirements, and international trade compliance.
Proficiency with MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong managerial experience, particularly within defense contracting or government supply chain sectors.
