Kforce has a client that is seeking a ServiceNow Developer. This person needs to work from Carlisle, PA whether they currently live here or they relocate.
Key Functions and Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Developer will collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules, including custom scripting and integrations
Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and modules to meet changing business needs
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ServiceNow platform, including performance optimization
Stay up to date with ServiceNow best practices and new features to ensure the platform's effective use
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will participate in planning and executing ServiceNow upgrades and improvements
Document development processes, configurations, and customizations
REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for an accomplished ServiceNow Developer with 5 or more years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a record of successful project implementations
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and be able to create custom applications, workflows, and integrations to enhance our business processes
Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other technologies
Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and scripting in ServiceNow
This person will come in and be part of integrations quickly; Currently the team is using ITOM and ITIL modules, but will be adding SPM and CMDB; The perfect candidate will understand all of these and have been part of the integrations
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
Customer service focused
Ability to provide detailed notes on issues that arise
Ability to create and maintain process documentation
Ability to manage time, plan, organize and coordinate work assignments
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or similar certification is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
